Dunkin'

So I order my breakfast online 5 days a week I spend money with Dunkin. One thing I have to say is that the employees CANNOT follow instructions on orders. I order a bagel with cream cheese and request it to be LIGHTLY TOASTED. I don’t have time to pull over from drive thru to check my bagel to make sure the employees read my request that’s is given on the receipt that is stuck to the front of my bag. The bagel was literally burnt, crispy and smells burnt. Money waisted!

Currently the best Dunkin in the metro because of the staff. Idk what they do but their iced coffee just tastes better every time. He is so friendly & sweet that I'm here almost every day after work for a pick-me-up & a smile 😁

I stop at this location 1-3 times a week and Anju is always there, she has a great attitude and amazing customer service. I order the same thing every morning (some times a different flavor) and she knows my order and it is always correct! I highly recommend this location.

Customer service is nonexistent. Tried to get assistance no one would come to the counter to help. One person came over but then turned away. When I started to order. After 10 mins of being ignored the person that came in with me said we should just leave because they didn't want our business. It wasn't something we said or did because we never got asked if we needed help or what we wanted to order. We walked out and went to another coffee shop down the road.

This dunkin is the best in town. The people that work here are amazing. Nothing like the workers knowing you by name and greeting you with a warm welcome when you walk in and my coffee is always perfect.
