Dunkin'

Went to get a coffee through the drive-through and hit a pothole that was over a foot deep, causing us to get stuck and requiring a tow truck. No signage, indicating the drive-through was closed, no signage indicating there was a large deep pothole, we were the second vehicle in an hours timeframe that had to be towed out of there at our expense. No excuse for not having proper signage and warning signs

Was not a fan. Had hardly any donuts to choose from on the shelf with all my favorites out of stock as well as a few other things out of stock on the menu, I heard as they served customers through the drive-they. The facility was spacious but very underwhelming, somewhat of an abandoned feeling, would be rather eerily quiet if it weren’t for the loud employee’s banter. They were nice though.

Big Dunkin/ Baskin Robins. Inly 2 tables were occupied when we came in. Interesting layout, not like other dunkins. The coffee for my husband was cold. For me , it was a drinkable temperature. After going to a batista to ask to warm me my husband's coffee, he instantly replaced it with really hot coffee. Good location Denver, Pennsylvania

Terrible service. They close before the stated time. The staff hid and left at 7:02. I was left waiting, and they never served me, not even because I arrived before closing time.

So it seems like this place is hit or miss. Well my visit was a miss. I had the worse service and unprofessional staff work with me today. After buying a full dozen of donuts I asked if they had any more strawberry frosted in the back. The response was I have to use the ones in the front before using the ones in the back. Understanding the concept as I’ve worked in Food service for years. I asked if they had more as I needed a dozen. She walked away and never returned to assist me. So when another person who was also very rude to me came out. I politely asked for the manager. They lied and said he was on the phone (he was outside) hoping for me to leave. Then went 2 feet away from me to talk about me. I merely asked for a manager as I wanted to talk about the experience today. I moved clo
