Dunkin'

The two ladies working 11/15 was AMAZING!!!!!! But Not sure where the last two reviews came from it’s 620 on November 15 and they have a full supply of donuts which is amazing Compared to some of the other ones I have been to. The Two ladies that are working were very attentive to my needs. I received my two dozen donuts and my sandwiches without incident. I’ve attached pictures of their donut rack. As far as the other comments of them being intoxicated, shame on you for lying on people. That is a very serious accusation Especially for something that is not even true. I’m guessing they did the reviews under the wrong location.

I had a really disappointing experience here. The employee working became extremely confrontational when I politely asked for my coffee to be remade because it was made incorrectly. Instead of resolving the issue, she raised her voice and created an uncomfortable scene in front of other customers.I was honestly shocked by how unprofessional the interaction was. A simple request for a corrected order shouldn’t turn into a hostile situation. Customer service and basic respect go a long way, and unfortunately I didn’t experience either here. I hope management addresses how customers are treated moving forward.

I ordered bacon avocado toast and opened my food when I arrived at work, I noticed that there is no bacon which I was charged extra for, I tried calling them to inform them of this and it goes straight to a full voicemail . I said you know what I’ll just take the loss and eat the toast just to find out it’s burnt . This was the second chance I’ve given this dunkin and I don’t think I’m coming back unfortunately I live right next to it and it’s convenient until it isn’t .

I go to pick up orders for my wife and daughter almost every single weekend and have never had an issue with anything. And trust me, my wife would say something! My wife stops at this location literally every damn day and has never had a problem! If you don't like this location, then just don't go back, you don't have to leave negative reviews! Some people have WAYYY too much time on their hands 🤦

What happened was very strange. We ordered through the drive through window. As it was time to pay for the order , which was over $30, the lady said,” would you like to tip, 18%, 20%, or custom?” And she held the card processor until we replied we were not tipping. It felt awkward. We have never been put on the spot like that before. Not to mention that during the transaction, she asked if we ordered items that we did not. After we told her that we were not tipping, she asked us to pull to the side. There was no one behind us. We kinda wondered what she was going to do with our food. She walked the food out to us, instead of giving it to us through the window. Like I said, it was strange. I hope they read this and change the way they interact with their customers.
