Dunkin'

I got an order from them on DoorDash and I ordered the new cereal, milk, coffee, and it literally just tasted like regular coffee like they didn’t even put anything in it. Then I got a Matcha and it didn’t even taste like Matcha. It just tasted like milk. It was super light. And to top it all off, I got food, A bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and there was a giant burnt bit on it and I just can’t believe they would serve it to me like that. This Dunkin needs to do better seems like they have an issue.

Waste of time and money!! I've given this location a chance several times and each time I am disappointed. Stale donuts, drinks never made correctly, food is scarce with product, and the worst part is the attitude from staff (Good luck using your free reward they will try to tell you espresso is extra). The older lady in the drive through is awful, rude and when I asked for a light ice drink, i was handed a drink filled full with ice, I kindly informed her I asked for light ice. She proceeded to turn around pick ice out of the drink and handed it back to me, half full. This is not the first encounter with her and she runs customers away and you can see her staff are not happy with her. I will never return to this locatiom and will continue to go out of my way to drive 6 more miles to t

Ordered 2 dozen donuts on app to pick up. Customized the dozens on ones my family eats. Both of the dozens were filled with things I didn't order or that thwy would eat. Ripped me off for the 25.00 it cost for it!

Whats the deal with this place .I've given them a chance multiple times . I'm getting sick of receiving trash food and trash coffee . First off the sticker on cup says med original coffee .. I doubt any coffee just creamer and swirl flavoring .. second I ordered a sausage croissant and what a waste of money . Croissant was hard as a rock and hashbrowns were undercooked . Doesn't make sense to me . Why rush to get out trash food and give your franchise a bad name ? Maybe get together with other franchise owners that put out good food and good drinks ... I mean it's not that hard , your only pushing buttons and keeping the place clean . Also if you want food 3 hours before they close better go somewhere else . I've tried a couple times and everytime it's " were only serving drinks "..like

Terrible service. I paid with a $100 bill and they said they had no change and simply did not care. Their attitude was basically “if we can’t take it, just leave.” No effort to resolve the situation at all. Very unprofessional. Not recommended.
