Dunkin'

This Dunkin is one of my favorites! The morning crew is solid. I usually get there 30 min before morning rush but they are prepared. Very rarely is my order messed up and when it is they make it right with no issues or sas. Quality drops a bit after 11am but still better than all surrounding dunkins in a 5mile radius!

It's only 8:20 pm. Lobby's supposed to be open til 9. I was GOING to use the bathroom & then buy something. But I have yet to figure out how to use a bathroom from a drive-thru. So: no bathroom for me = no business for you. I'll try CVS. Or Walgreens. Or Cumberland Farms.

Drink and food orders are consistently wrong, burnt or missing altogether. More than half the times coming here since moving, this is the case and have had to return to correct the problem. Save yourself the headache and aggravation and go to another locaton. 7.22.25 update, nothing has changed, food orders are still wrong, vegetarians being given meat after removing from order and chunks of egg missing from wraps.

Went to drive through for a drink I order regularly. Noticed it was made wrong and turned around and went inside. I carry myself with respect as I have bad anxiety and dont want to upset other people, especially in the work force. I go to the counter and let the lady know that my drink is made wrong, it’s usually darker and sweeter. A different employee comes up and tries to explain to me that the drink I order every day, isn’t sweet dark or sweet because of the things I put into it. I let her know that I order this drink daily and it’s never been like that. She then proceeded to aggressively make my drink. (which was made correctly the second time) Most of the times we go there, we have some sort of issue with the drinks we order, and we order them correctly as we’ve worked at a Dunkin’ i

Large Iced Coffee, All ice, 5 sips of coffee. Egg sandwich rock hard piece of sausage mystery meat. Cold mush hash browns. Should have went to cumberland farms.
