​"I had a very disappointing experience at this drive-thru today. I’m traveling from out of state and was expecting a friendly stop, but the service was incredibly unprofessional. Before even greeting me, the employee abruptly asked if I had a mobile order. When I asked him to repeat himself because the greeting was so unusual, he let out a loud, frustrated groan into the intercom. When I tried to proceed with a simple coffee order, he continued making strange, mocking noises. It was so uncomfortable and rude that I decided to leave the line without ordering. Definitely not the hospitality I expected."

URGENT@@#&#&& STAY AWAY!!!! BAD SERVICE!!!! I LoVE Dunkin, been here many times over the past 10 years, and always seem to have pooor Customer SERVICE, and A lot of Turn Over, always new people! Wrong food, multiple Duble and triple charges that require you to come back and fix in person!! Always tell me it is not a problem with them, it is their system!!! WELL gEt a New system. If it is always messing up, get something else. Yet another drink not filled to the top. Only happens at this location. Paid for the whole drink, so why does this location not give you the whole drink?

Great people working here will to give a helping hand to those in need. So all I can say is please thank them every time you see them for they work hard for what they have and keep their workplace a good place.

My wife and I drove to this Duncan and we had ordered three large hot white chocolate mochas, they actually asked through the speaker if we wanted all of them large when which I replied yes so they specifically knew these were going to be large drinks, and three muffins and the snacking bacon. When I got up to the window to pay, the female working the window started handing me a medium drink and my wife reminded me that we had ordered large and so I pointed that out. She stated that the vehicle behind us head over to the exact same drinks just medium and then the manager comes over and asks what the problem is and she explained them and then the manager states that we will have to pay for it.
