Dunkin'

Stop throwing away all of your donuts over an hour before you close. This is the 3rd time in two months that I’ve tried to come and get donuts for a sweet treat after dinner. EVERY TIME I come, between 7:30 and 8, and EVERY TIME you say you’ve “sold them all” or “thrown them away.” If you want to close earlier, then close earlier. If not, then keep selling your products until it’s actually time to close. I even used up my reward points for two free donuts I didn’t get because when I got there, I was told you were sold out already. She kept telling me I had to get a refund in the app, didn’t care to explain how that works, and when I told her I used my reward points and therefore couldn’t be refunded, she essentially said I could try coming back tomorrow. If those points just went to waste

Our first time here, we went inside to hopefully have things go smoothly. Everything on the receipt was correct, but the order itself came out incomplete. We ordered two orders of bagel bites and two orders of hash browns. We had gotten our bag of food almost immediately. A guy went to hand out bagel bites and we thought they were ours so when we went to grab them, he assured us we had gotten both and handed them to another customer. Upon looking through the bag in the car, we realized that we had received only one order of bagel bites and three orders of hash browns rather than two of each like we had ordered. Very unpleasant experience the few times I've been. The last visit, and will be my last visit, I was told they & ALL Dunkin doughnuts no longer served the Spicy pepper chicken wrap. I have been to other Dunkin doughnuts since & they all had it. Clarkesville Dunkin doughnut lied. Also it seems everyone working there has no clue with anything going on there. Very uneducated, employees screaming at each other, some appear to be under the influence of drugs, and very dirty restaurant. Will never visit here again.

We were trying to get a big order of ice cream and a peppermint avalanche at 8:56, the door unlocked, and a woman was sitting there looking at us. Let us walk into the store, only to be told we can't order. I work at a restaurant, and it doesn't matter if we are open; we have to allow the table to sit because why wouldn't you want to make your company a little more money? We were going to order probably 40 dollars' worth of sweets. Idk, but the three girls on shift should have locked the doors. If they were close, maybe even take their headset off and turn off the open sign. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this Dunkin' Donuts.

Today I witnessed the manager, Teresa, and her staff handle normal business inside, along with a rude customer, packed out drive thru, a large purchase of gift cards, and the delivery truck unloading - ALL with a smile and good attitude!!!
