Dunkin'

The past couple times I have been, Ive had to wait forever for my mobile order (1 iced coffee). Today, I go in and there are literally several receipts hooked to the printer untouched. Nobody apparently was filling mobile orders. I waited 20 minutes and had to ask about my order which again was one item. I just had to do this exact thing back in January. Used to be the best Dunkin location many years ago, now it’s the worst. The drinks do not even taste good anymore. I would like to ask the management, should we not be doing mobile orders? Because every time I do one, it takes forever to get my order.

Waited 20 minutes for 1 coffee, several people came in after and got there coffee and food before us, they lost the order. I finally asked after 15 mins where the coffee was.

Staff is great! They are on top of it to the best of their abilities, even though they are under staffed and not enough machines to make the drinks. They make it work!

Very unpleasant experience almost every time I have ever stopped here. Manager is always out front on her phone vaping while she leaves people that are incapable of doing there job efficiently or correctly to struggle. More times than not, I have to have my coffee remade and I am consistently charged 2 different amounts for the same coffee. Get it together guys or hire a manager who actually trains and manages her employees.

I come to this store almost every morning with my mom before work, and almost every time I witness MAYBE 2 ppl at a constant work flow while the heavy set manager sits in the back office and doesn’t break a sweat. This morning in particular really irritated me seeing as that manager found it fitting to reprimand an employee infront of customers for simply stating that a woman that came in was clearly under the influence of something and the employee didn’t want to be involved. To me that’s not an inappropriate statement and as a paying customer I find it sad that you as a company put people that lack leader ship skills in an area of authority.
