New Update! Sadly we had multiple times weve gone and over charged. Seems like anytime you use cash and the owner isnt there youre charged anywhere from .50 to $5 extra. Seems like something fishy going on with staff. As well it would be nice if they would wear longer shorts or shorts instead of skirts cause youre definitely getting a free peep show everytime one bends over. I definitely shouldnt know youve been freshly waxed. Old review: Fantastic BUT....My family and I love their ice cream! I would give them 5 stars but if the lady (who i believe owns it?)doesn't make it, the portions are very skimpy. So the constancy of size always varies. Hands down the best ice cream/shake I have ever had in my life, but the customer service was AWFUL. A bunch of little girls behind the counter with absolutely no people skills. No greeting, no thank you, it feels as though it’s a bother to them when you walk in looking to purchase something, not to mention the whispering and giggling while staring directly at you but not actually saying a word TO you. Very uncomfortable, have not been back sense but would love to try again if this customer service quality has changed!

Really good ice cream. Very creamy and the sundaes are delicious. Quick serving time as well.

Really torn about this review. Stopped there on 6/30/25 at 6:10 PM. The size of the ice cream and the price was great! The service is another story. There were 4 people working when stopped and they were all sitting at the counter where you place your order. Three of them were on their phones and one was on their iPad. No one greeted us when we came through the door. They couldn't even be bothered to look up from those devices. The person on their iPad took our order and two others got our ice cream. No thank you, no nothing. If you're going to have a business with zero customer service, it's going to be a tough road! Definitely some training needed and it could be a fun stop

Love all of the staff, and even though I've only tried a few flavors, since I stick to my favorite, the flavors I've had are of great quality. Prices are good and I love that it's walking distance from where I live. Thanks for the great service!
