Dunkin'

Forgot my wallet Allen I went to get doughnuts for my wife and daughter. The dark haired girl and tall guy were absolutely fantastic! They helped me or by using my phone and the app. AMAZING SERVICE!! The doughnuts were spot on also!!!!!! It's refreshing seeing younger kids working with a great positive attitude, GREAT WORK!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STOP BY!

I have had a great experience here! The inside is very well updated and its a great breakfast option for Chillicothe! Been waiting for it to open for a year! I love their seasonal iced lattes! Butter pecan, toasted white chocolate are my favorites!

I am not from here and used to always to go to Dunkin where I used to live..so to say I was excited about them coming is an understatement. At this location, they are doing great. Coffee and donuts are fresh. (Even in the late afternoon) The employees are very friendly and efficient. They're doing amazing and I will keep coming back! Also, ordering in the app is so easy and convenient.

Decided to run through while out on errands and was overall disappointed. The layout of the drive-thru was not well thought out; having a raised portion of concrete by the start of the line means you can't get out of line easily to park if needed. And after you receive your order it deposits you at the entrance where you enter causing congestion. The "english muffin" was closer to a biscuit consistency with no flavor and the hashrounds were soggy and under cooked. Also to top it off there were only 5 hashrounds in total, something I only noticed because the bag they were given to me in was so empty I thought they forgot to fill it. For a new chain that everyone was so excited about to have in town, not impressed, would go to the other coffee places that are local.

Highly recommend this location. The staff is great and the location is absolutely stunning and might be the best one in the state. I will say, though, the pull through and the way they designed the parking lot is absolutely horrible. But we won’t let that stop us from going.
