Dunkin'

So sorry to share but feel you should know. We went inside to order and stood at the front counter for at least 7 minutes There were 3 people there, a gentleman working at the front counter. He did not acknowledge us st all in all that time. He did look at us but not a word, smile, nothing, like we were invisible. We left. Not good for your restaurant. Thought you should know.

Customer service is terrible! I went here yesterday sat in the line for 45 mins drive thru about 4 cars ahead of me on a Sunday afternoon, finally get to speaker to order to be told look at the menu for a second be right with you okay cool understand no problem then 7 mins goes by I ask are you ready for my order she comes on and says No we are very busy inside and only a few of us which mind you I just went by the side hardly anyone inside or maybe 3 cars in parking lot Then about 4 mins late she says ok I can take your order then I had repeat my size of drink 3 times and mention that she says I only heard it once, then get to window to pay I ask for general manager info she says can’t give it to me I will have to leave a review on here or call the number on the receipt so here ya go! Th

Had the most friendliest staff wait on me in drive- thru. If she was having a bad day , I never would have known. Everyone should strive to be like her. Thanks Dunkin in Chiefland, Florida.

The Dunkin Donuts brand is great, but the service and product they produce is about 10% right, meaning you might get what you ordered 1 out of every ten times. I have traveled from Florida to Maine and from Florida to Tijuana and can get my order right everywhere, but Chiefland. They either can’t read, don’t care, or seriously untrained in their jobs. Then the coffee shop is nasty no matter what hour you go there. Coffee all over the counters and tables and you can tell the night shifts never clean before leaving. Thank God, we have a new coffee shop in town.

We were camping in manatee springs so this was the closest place for coffee, I can say the people are very nice. The coffee was great but the store really need help. The bathrooms are outdated and just falling apart 😒 needs a lot of help with the cleaning in the store and in the restrooms.
