Super friendly staff and they made our drinks perfectly!
Horrendous management at this location. Had one teenager, inexperienced and unequipped to handle the rush and the stress, managing the store without one other person to come in to cover and help. Ridiculous staffing at 3p in the afternoon for a busy location that takes both mobile orders and walk ins. Took 35 minutes for my mobile order to be fulfilled. Never again, Chester.
Good Dunkin products. Friendly counter staff too.
The staff is fantastic and they are very efficient and friendly.
This place is always really good and never sold out. There's one employee and she's literally such a sweetheart. I found a black hair in my food, which took off a star, but otherwise this place is always good
