Dunkin'

I wanted to shout out the manager, Kevin, when today there was a little issue this morning and he did everything to make it right. He was super friendly and helpful and I’m grateful for him wanting to make sure my coffee was made right. Sometimes Dunkin can be a little too sweet for me but you just have to find the right syrup or combination and they can be really good. The only reason for the 4 star is because it’s not always consistent in milk/coffee ratio and sweetness.

I came through the drive through on 2/8/26 was missing a bagel, they didn't give my bagel an extra toast like I asked. I called the store numerous of times from 10 am to about 5pm and not a single answer. I even left a voice mail to have them get ahold of me. They also deleted my review that I left here. The lady at the speaker was rude, we waiting at the second speaker for about 5 minutes before someone said hold on then proceed to let the person at the first speaker who got there after us proceed with their order. I am not pleased at all.

Kevin and his team always has great customer service and a postive attitude. A variety of donuts are always available. Very clean store and always fast service. Truly Amazing experience everytime I go there. Thank You for your generosity.

Nice Dunkin donuts store in Centerville, close to Dayton Ohio. Service was pretty fast. Taste is also pretty good. It is at the intersection of spring valley Pike and main street. Parking is a little confusing with the drive thru.
