Dunkin'

Cedar creek Dunkin has made caramel macchiato’s are very consistent every time I go. They have the perfect blend of sweetness and you can actually taste the coffee. Today Denice ran the window and showed great enthusiasm about her job and happily gave other employees the credit the deserved. Paula did an amazing job and making our coffees today. Thank you guys for doing outstanding work. Have great holidays. We will be back :)

Today I was disappointed with my beverage being when I was handed my drink it seemed to be very light weighted because half of my cup was only cold foam. I come buy this store very often and normally don’t have any problems but this morning I was very disappointed to pay for something and get shorted over half the product.

WORST. D.D. EVER. (I feel I can speak with authority being from New England). Years ago, this location was good. Not anymore. Today was my birthday and thought I would redeem birthday points and treat my daughter and her boyfriend and myself. I ordered my regular, everything bagel toasted dark, she ordered an everything bagel toasted, he got two chocolate donuts, we got an iced coffee and frozen coffee, both half sugar The bagels ABSOLUTELY DID NOT GO THROUGH THE TOASTER. The texture was as if it had just been thawed. Neither bagel looked like it has even come close to a toaster and neither were even warm. Folks, I came into this DD (approximately 11:30 am on 10/27 ) with great expectations to get a coffee (decaf) and get out. It took 2-3 minutes for anyone to recognize we were there while no one else was around (not even the drive through. But that's not why I left low mark, it happens. Folks these workers don't know basic customer care!! I bet I said thank you 10 times and not once did I get a "you're welcome" or a hint of appreciation to buy from this DD. If you've ever been to a place where all the workers looked like they hated life and you're bothering them by coming in...THIS DD IS IT. NO ONE SMILES BACK.....I left with a disgusted feeling of dread. Hopefuly the Franchise owner sees this so I can take it off but WOW!

They refuse to make an order for the customers the way they like thier coffee . One day adding cream in my latte is okay and the next day it’s not. No consistency at all. Not willing to try to make my coffee the way I liked
