Unprofessional staff who refused to make a bagel sandwich as ordered. They remade it six different times with increasing attitude and yelling by the manager literally over a slice of cheese and then refusing to butter a bagel. They tried to say health code violations do not allow them to butter a bagel, but when I asked if someone ordered a bagel with cream cheese on it they rolled their eyes and then buttered the bagel. The manager made this burnt sandwich and tossed it on the counter. Every time I have been here, it has been rude and unprofessional staff that does not care about the customers.

I asked for a refresher with lemonade and they handed me one with green tea. Not a big deal so I asked for a new one with what I wanted and they did it again. So I went up again and they did it again. I just left at that point and gave up. Definitely not going back.

Cherylann brings such positive energy to her job. No matter how busy it gets, she greets every customer with a smile that feels like sunshine.

Always a nice and friendly DD to stop at. Clean and nice atmosphere. I usually see people meeting or on computers.
