Horrible drive thru experience. Placed mobile order when getting into drive through and moved so slowly that by the time we made it to the window my cold foam was essentially gone already. Staff should be monitoring the quality of food and drink before handing out.

Most of the employees have great attitude and try to get their stuff done, but don’t bother coming if you have some place to be. Drive thru apparently takes 30-60 minutes to order and receive. Visited town and went, they messed up my order a couple days, but I’m assuming they are understaffed and that’s the wait and order issue. Don’t worry about the drive thru, you’ll get cut off by someone going the wrong way and almost cause an accident and they don’t care, you’ll just wait longer and still provide them money. You might end up getting backed up into with someone leaving and they will close the window and ignore everything

New and clean, but over worked/understaffed. From inside counter, Ordered a single coffee and (1) donut....25 min to receive. All ate was spent on out side drive thru, which was just as jammed.

The one lady was friendly. But they’re terribly slow. I’ve gone here a few days during the holiday with my family. We sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes the one day, and my coffee was cold by the time I received it. Then we went inside and ordered today. I’m still sitting here waiting for my order 40 minutes later! And it’s not like I’m a huge family. It’s 4 of us. People behind me got orders before me. We told them they forgot my drink and they said it’d be out in a minute. Turns out it was just put with the wrong order. They’re really disorganized. They’re chatting it up with customers they know while they work. Kind of annoying. Don’t think I’ll be back.

Paid 30 dollars for every part of order to be just wrong. Ordered sausage and American cheese on two sandwiches and they just made the base sandwich.. hot latte with 2 inches of room before my first sip. Our assortment of doughnut holes was just glazed, only glazed. Staff was very busy and remade our sandwiches, still with the wrong cheese. Bagel minis were ice cold in the middle...
