They said yes then charged me for it, They gave me a half empty coffee. There donuts at this store have gone down hill since new management took over. Ordered a jelly donut and they forget to put the jelly in it another donut I ordered had maybe had 12 sprinkles on it. They always screw something up and make you wait forever in line.

New review: they got my coffee correct! It's been about four years since i went there, but... Not much better. "Everything bagel with veggie cream cheese" translates to, "everything bagel with very little plain cream cheese. Ticket picture included. The bagel is iced cold, the bacon has congealed fat on it... So obviously not hot.... This place is a joke. Management needs to be fired at this point, so the employees can be trained properly. I don't blame the employees. I ordered a bacon and egg on a plain toasted bagel. This is what I got. I threw up when I realized it was a beetle or some sort of insect. HOW did the kid that made their not see it. That's just it , he had to have seen it. Disgusting...I will share this photo everywhere.

The service and food were fine. I'm questioning why I can't get the meal deal with my preferred caffeinated beverage (tea) ? Seems super silly doesn't it? Maybe they could work on that, you know, customer satisfaction and all.
