I have never experienced such unprofessional and rude behavior. None of the employees are polite; they all look as if they are being forced to work there. If they are getting paid to do this job, the least they can do is treat customers with basic respect. Every single staff member had a sour attitude and spoke in a scolding, dismissive tone. I placed an order online and later updated it through the system. When I politely explained that the order had been prepared incorrectly due to the update, one employee responded aggressively, threw the prepared item toward me, and said something along the lines of, “But I already made it, why are you changing it?” This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Excellent service! It was 10 minutes before the establishment closed and although I thought that maybe this would bother the employees a little because they were almost done with their shift before leaving, on the contrary they were very kind and helpful. And the food was of the same quality.

Ordered 2 snacking bacon on the app. Went to pick up the order. Bacon is cold as hell and bacon isn’t even cooked well. I wasn’t the only one with the issue, another customer was seen dumping all his bacon in the trash. One person working in the whole store!!!

This is one Dunkin Donuts outlet that remains open 24 hours everyday. It’s located on North Beacon street and is diagonally opposite to the New Balance Factory Store in Brighton. The server was very polite and had a smile on his face all the while.

The average dunkin donut around the block. Mostly are well staffed but sometimes can have only one employee and you might have a wait a bit to get your order. There is no drive through for this location but can order ahead for pickup
