Very enjoyable. Best hot chocolate we found in the area. The music could be a little quieter. I think they increase it intentionally to keep a certain vibe. That’s OK. Service is always friendly and prompt. Time to drink the coffee!

I ordered the $6 meal deal via mobile app. My meal was not quite done when I arrived but once I received it I was very disappointed. I received two small pieces of bacon on my sandwich and after verifying on their menu, it looks like I should of received more than that!! The sourdough was so chewy and hard to eat. I always think the hashbrowns are soggy tasting; they are never crispy like you would think of a freshly made tater tot, and stuck together. As it seems that they are always served this way, I have just come to terms to believe that this is just the way their hashbrowns are supposed to be, just not my favorite. Most of the time my drink is ok but today it was just bland and too much water, no flavor and really no coffee. I don't stop at Dunkin often, and after this visit, I

I get the same sandwich every morning the egg and cheese with hot honey bacon on a crossaint. It's never looked like this!! The first one I was told they didn't see anything wrong with the dried out, over heated crossaint that was given to me!! so they made it over, for the second one to be worser than the first one!! By the time I got home with them both ( a 10min trip) they were hard!! Smh NEVER again!! I could never give people any ole thing and think that it's ok, my question would be, would they think this was ok if someone served them something like this?!!

$6 meal deal is a great value, and our drink were done within a minute or two of ordering.

Every. Single. Time. Why is it so difficult to put the donuts at minimum facing upwards? I dislike in general they use bags vs box, we ordered 4 donuts, they all got destroyed for the most part. What’s the point of getting chocolate when 70% ends up on the bag? Frozen drink was also almost entirely melted, they tell you to use the app to order ahead but that seems silly if they make it the moment the order is placed.
