I gave 4 out of 5 stars because my order was very simple (three glazed donuts and a lemonade), and it was made incorrectly. I had to park and go inside to get it fixed. The manager seemed a bit overwhelmed and short-tempered at the time. However, the nice lady at the register was very kind and quickly corrected my order. She even gave me an extra donut for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated. The donuts were fresh, soft, and definitely not dried out..... they were delicious! It may have just been a case of the Mondays. I’d still come back and give them another try.

I dont know what the owners og this location are doing but its not working! It cant be the people they hire because theres a new person every time i come up to the window. They always have an attitude, get my order wrong, i stopped going here for myself because it was so bad. And when i unfortunately have to go to this location for someone its never a good experience.

I ordered a large cold brew they made me a small and charged me for a small. I told them I ordered large. To get a large they wanted to charge me for a medium in addition to the small price I already paid. They said a small and med equal a large. Maybe in volume but not in price a large does not cost $9.00. Prices on price board are not the prices they charge. I don’t know about SC but in other states u must charge the printed price.

So incredibly disappointed. I have been a loyal customer for over ten years. I get five-10 dozen per week. Every visit is worse than the last. Today is my day off and I wanted glazed and Bavarian donuts for myself and an order of snacking bacon. There was so much grease it got everywhere. It’s all the bed the box of donuts and the seat of my car. It was literally running out of the bag. The donuts taste like they are a week old and have virtually no glaze and no chocolate frosting. Yesterday it was pure chaos in the store. No one knew what they were doing. They sent customers back and forth from one end of the counter to the other over and over again. The staff seemed untrained and overwhelmed. There was no process, no efficiency and no sense of urgency. People cannot wait half an hour on

This used to be my favorite place to go get coffee. I went every day religiously. The last few months a lot of the workers have been rude, uninterested, and not what they used to be. And the drinks aren’t as good either. Switched to a different coffee shop.
