Dunkin'

These place is still fairly new, we live in the area, and I will say this Dunkin has grown leaps and bounds. We used to think this Dunkin was not going to progress the way it has, but now, excellent beverages, excellent food, and on top of all that, the best customer service we have encountered. We love Dunkin Cornell.

Very new shop. Shiny on outside nice service, but donut was incredibly stale. A waste of money. Dunkin’s food quality has gone downhill hard. I wouldn’t feed those donuts to my dog.

Got my order wrong twice handed me the wrong stuff multiple times trying to fix it when I just ordered 2 Wraps and 2 blueberry breezes and when I got my drinks finally they gave me the wrong food. Genuinely do not go here unless you have a good amount of extra time and patience.

I work in Blue Ash and this is on my way. Might be the worst Dunkin! Long wait time, don't listen to what you order, and don't bother asking for a receipt. I asked for a receipt and the woman said, "You want what?"

The service is quick and friendly. This is a new location, and they still have a lot of work to do to improve their drinks. My frozen Haznut coffee was very sharp and bitter. I'm not too worried about it because coffee is coffee, but someone else might.
