Tri State CPAs

I’m not sure what happened with Usha. She was initially helpful and seemed on top of things the first couple years we worked with her. Unfortunately, as time went on, the services slipped and responses to questions were slow or nonexistent. We wound up doing a lot of leg work ourselves to resolve costly errors on our returns. In one instance, we realized we were due a couple thousand dollars for a child tax credit that she claimed we were ineligible to receive. A new preparer got us sorted out but the issues with previous returns were glaring. To make matters worse, her fee was twice what the new preparer charged.

I needed my taxes done before surgery and Usha got it done! Very accommodating. Thank you for helping me at a very stressful time!
