Dunkin'

I went this place today which is september 11 2025 5.20 pm.I had small hot coffee light with 2 sugar .When i get this coffee it was cold and then i asked the girl that this coffee is cold.She was super rude and she said this light coffee .I said i didnt get this coffee like this first time ,this coffee is cold she changed it but she didnt even say sorry .I went this place couple time before everytime that i go there they werent treating customer nice.I believe that bernardville dunkin donut owner also own the watchung dunkin donuts.Mostly i go to Watchung because close where i live .The watchung dunkin donuts employees are very nice .I ll contact to manager tomorrow .I ll tell her that whoever comes there employees are rude at bernardville dunkin donut horrible.If i cant reach i l

The place is lovely fresh and new. However staff need full customer service training. Basic meet and greet to speaking to the customer directly not 20 feet away. I was only one at the counter with three staff and no one else in the Duncan Donuts at 12.30, I had to request if I was at the right place to order after 3 minutes waiting. I mentioned it to a staff then got a smart remark back from one of the staff. Instead of the first step in custody service which is "I'm sorry....". This is my business and not the service one should get Anywhere let alone in Basking Ridge

Second time I ordered a Vanilla Creme donut (in 6 mo's) and was sent a custard, AGAIN. In the store they are perfectly labeled. Are they incompetent or purposefully passing off different donuts?
