The most disgusting Dunkin I've ever been in ....smells like throw up 🤮

My whole order was completely wrong. I ordered two bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwiches both sandwiches had some kind of tissue inside of them it was absolutely disgusting. I ordered two wake up wraps with bacon, egg and cheese, but it came with it sweet pepper bacon which my kids don’t eat so they didn’t eat their food I asked for three different donuts, one jelly donuts, one vanilla frosted donut with sprinkles and one strawberry doughnut with sprinkles and instead I received two chocolate donuts, which none of us like either not only all this but it took them a whole hour to prepare the order and the whole thing was absolutely disgusting The worst Dunkin’ Donuts in history

Honestly. I ordered an XL hot French vanilla hot coffee((they gave me a regular coffee with 6 creams and 6 sugars) they forgot my iced mocha ((had to walk inside and they put it on the pick up order when the sticker said drive thru)) and a small iced coffee French vanilla ((they gave me a small hot coffee regular)) if your not going to listen to your customers order you shouldn't be on the window. I had walked inside ((not busy at all)) no one was around to help me at the counter.. I payed 22 dollars for 2 donuts 1 bacon egg and cheese bagel and 3 drinks...I for sure will never go to this dunkin ever again

Slow service, distracted workers, and poor order control. How does a Dunkin’ mess up making a hot chocolate!? I appreciate the Tesla chargers in the back though!

I was disappointed with my experience at this Dunkin Donuts. I completely understand when people have a bad day at work. Especially in fast food/retail. It's no secret that a lot of employees are underpaid, especially for the amount of things they have to put up with during customer service. However, I really don't believe the employees should take it out on customers who are NOT a part of those problems. With that disclaimer out of the way, I'll move on to my visit to this location. I arrived to pick up my food and two drinks at the pickup counter, while a worker was standing right next to the counter.
