This Dunkin always ensures that the drinks and food are made right. Never have to wait long either. A wonderful place that I stop at often! Also, specific shout out to Raj for being a great barista. 👍🏻

Be sure to check your food. Found 6 staples in my bacon sandwich this morning. When I called they kept telling me they don’t use staples. Which is a lie bc they staple the receipt to the bag sometimes. Not sure if this is from the location themselves or where they get the food from but completely unacceptable

Two days ago I ordered a Dunkalatte but was served a coconut caramel coffee (I’m allergic to coconut). When I told him what happened, I was asked for a receipt but they know they don’t even give receipts unless you ask. I took a picture of the sticker order on the coffee and showed him and he still said he can’t do anything about it. UPDATE: upon checking previous posts from other customers, it appears there’s little to no average experiences. It’s either 1-2 star ratings, or friends trying to boost their ratings from customer reviews.

I ordered online..when I get there I was in line and watched them hand am my food and drinks to the person in front of me and then about 3-5min went by as they were still waiting and handed them back my food in the window because obviously it was not their order. When they handed me my food, my hot coffee was already lukewarm And it didn’t have the whipped cream on it. My sandwich had only two pieces of bacon on sourdough bread, which was as tough to bite and they didn’t have my egg or cheese on it.

This Dunkin USED to be good before the pandemic. Today will be my last day going. The coffee is so watered down that I can’t even enjoy it and it has been that way for awhile. I’m not sure if they are re-using coffee grounds over and over all day but it’s TERRIBLE! I’m not a Starbucks fan but I rather give them my money than to keep buying hot flavored water.
