Dunkin'

I ordered a large refresher with NO ice, and the cup was only filled halfway with the actual drink. In the past, when I ordered no ice, the cup was filled all the way, so this was really disappointing. After the reconstruction and new employees, this location seems much stingier with portions. I definitely did not get my money’s worth. What’s the point of ordering a large if it’s only half full?

Maybe the worst run Dunkin around - staff is rude and inefficient. The place under staffed and ordering a coffee should take 20 min - horrendous - had hoped it would be better after the renovation.

Will never step foot in this Dunkin again. Where the heck is the manager on duty and how is it acceptable on how this location of being run! Only came here twice. First time was an absolute nightmare!!!!! Line out the door, staff was super rude. All running around without a clue on who ordered what. I was there for about 35 minutes until I finally got my black coffee and wake up wrap. Attempted to go there yesterday because I was in a time crunch and they were the closest place to me. I walked in and quickly walked out. It was a redo of my time before. Line out the door, staff are miserable. Witnessed them scrambling to find out who ordered what while the customers waiting for their orders seemed clearly frustrated and impatient. Seriously, who is managing this place and how is this accept

Been an on and off customer for years. The attentive staff know my drink, even when I havent been there for a week or more. Sure I've seen my fair assortment of negative treatment of other customers, but I haven't had a negative interaction. I will say, today it would seem they are closing to renovate, there is no signage or postings online that I could find to announce this, which is disappointing. My critique would be to staff more. Over half the times I come in, between 10am-2pm they have 2-3 people in the building, with a line out the door and online orders constantly printing. I feel bad, but they always have a positive attitude towards the customers.

This Dunkin’ location has been consistently problematic. Despite being a loyal customer for years, my regular order is frequently incorrect. The staff’s attitude is hit or miss, and there’s a noticeable lack of enthusiasm. The recent introduction of charges for extras adds to the frustration, especially when my coffee often arrives poorly made. The drive-through experience is marred by staff gossip, and the practice of sending customers to the parking lot to avoid affecting timers is inconvenient. If your order is simple, you might be okay, but for larger orders, double-check everything. Overall, the service and quality have declined, making it a challenging choice for a reliable morning coffee spot. EDIT: Since contacting the manager at this location, my experience has gotten much better
