Dunkin'

Stopped at the drive-through at Dunkin this afternoon and the store was almost out of caramel rarely. Do I get an iced coffee in the winter time but today I was feeling a caramel mocha iced coffee. They could hear the disappointment in my voice, and they managed to make the best coffee I've ever had at a Dunkin' Donuts! I felt guilty for not leaving a tip! The least I could do was give them a five star review they were so accommodating and not bothered at all by my picky coffee and I left there a happy camper. My sandwich was also on point. I got the turkey sausage, egg and cheese on an English muffin. It wasn't too hot and everything was cooked evenly. It was the afternoon in the donuts we're still soft and tasted fresh.

This place is consistently disappointing. After years of experiencing this quality, I finally had to review today because I waited for 42 minutes in the drive-thru for a coffee. I got wedged between two cars so couldn’t even decide to pull around to go inside. When I got to the window, I saw one employee smoking on the sidewalk (which wafted into my car as secondhand smoke), three employees inside, and two customers inside. I have zero clue what the holdup was, but if they were that busy, why was an employee smoking? I can’t count on two hands how many times I’ve seen that. The drive thru line went almost to the main road, through the gas station. I let the male employee know what happened and he was apologetic but did not offer any explanation . I come to this dunkin several times a week, honestly just because it is the only Dunkin in the area and I don't want to drive 20-30 minutes out of my way just to get a coffee. I get the same three drinks when I go and every single time my drink is made wrong. As someone who used to work at Dunkin I'm aware of the standards that should be followed and how any drink is supposed to look, however I have stopped asking for my drink to be remade due to receiving some sort of attitude from staff when I ask. As a customer I shouldn't have to feel like burden for asking for my order to be made correctly or even just placing an order in general. Even today when receiving my order it was as if the girl was trying to rush me out and seemed annoyed that I even placed an order. Majority of times I go it

Just went in to get a coffee. No one was around, everyone was in the back laughing. Rang the bell, was ignored. All the coffee was flashing red, figured it was old and burnt. So I walked out. Not going to wait 20 minutes to drink old coffee and have poor customer service. Dunkin is going downhill fast.

Got my strawberry dragon fruit refresher and had to give it right back as there was mold floating around my entire drink. That’s disgusting never getting anything here
