Dunkin'

My husband grabbed the drinks inside, and wow—they were really good. Worth the wait! I’m a Dunkin’ connoisseur (morning coffee is sacred), and Arlington, Virginia knows how to do it right. Big difference from the spots that don’t quite care—this one absolutely does.

This Dunkin consistently has good iced coffee. However, it always smells like burnt plastic in the store. They usually only have one person working at a time so if it gets busy, the wait can get long. They have a second level for seating. There is no parking at this location besides a few paid parking spots in front of the store.

The employee taking my order could barely communicate in English. On top of that, she was wearing a headset, smirking and talking to someone else while serving me. Completely disrespectful!! What is happening to customer service in our country ?

We order Uber Eats from this Dunkin every 1–2 weeks. The munchkins are always a hit with my son, but the donut boxes are a consistent disappointment. Unfortunately, Uber doesn’t allow for custom donut selection, and more often than not the staff fills the box with mostly powdered and blueberry donuts. These are clearly the least popular choices—especially with 4- and 6-year-olds—and usually go uneaten. It feels like an easy way for the store to offload less desirable flavors instead of providing a fair variety. Very frustrating for loyal customers.

Though one of the smallest Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever gone, this place is quite friendly and service is awesome. I ordered varieties type of donuts with coffee and those were so fresh. Big disadvantage of this location is very limited parking. Top of the store a canopy type waiting place that is so cute and specious. Anyone can hang-out their spare time with a coffee over there. And you know “America Runs on Dunkin’ !!!!”
