Dunkin'

Out for work had a bagel and coffee. The bagel tasted like it was two days old very hard. I could barely eat. The cheese was fake as it was not even melted. I would call this two day old bagels. They try to pawn off for fresh it was the worst bagel I ever had

The past roughly 10 or so times I've been in my coffee has been clumpy with ice. It's never blended fully so I either ask to have it double blended when I order it or sometimes when I forget I'll just go inside and politely ask them to blend it again. I can't drink a frozen coffee that has clumps of ice in it. And it's not MY fault that my coffee isn't drinkable. Most of the time the employee is polite and will just put it in the blender for a few more seconds for me no big deal. But there's a few people that cry baby about it. One in particular tossed my drink in the trash this morning and completely remade it. And the coffee with all the ice clumps had much better flavor than the trash one she handed me afterwards. She's always rude though so I didn't expect anything more. Everything is

Employees forgot some of my food in the bag, when my husband went inside to ask for the food they accused him of lying and loudly talked poorly about him. The food was greasy and cold, the coffee tasted burnt and stale, and the hash browns were especially gross. This is one of the worst Dunkin locations I’ve ever been to and it was a shameful experience.

I only go to that store every few months or so, it's a decent place, parking lot is difficult to navigate. There's only a few parking spots. We like being able to go inside and take in the atmosphere, but there's not enough room on the lot, it's quite frustrating.

The coffee and donuts were what you can expect at a Dunkin. Very good. The location is near a high construction area with very narrow roads. The staff allowed their conversation to be inappropriate. Thus, making my family and I uncomfortable. I will go out of my way to not visit this location again if I can help it.
