Been a customer since they opened. Those who know me know I know coffee. Unfortunately, I am sad to say I will most likely not be returning in the evenings and will not be recommending evening trips. I order 1 large iced Decaf and 1 large regular with Mocha, Cream, and liquid sugar. IF the "usual crew", the ones that know me by the sound of my truck and know my order are NOT working in the evening..... It is a gamble if I get Iced Tea instead of Decaf OR told they are out of Decaf at 4 or 5 in the evening.... 2 things that bug me about it. 1 How do you not know it is tea? Coffee is darker, right? It even smells different. 2. How can a coffee and donut shop be out of Decaf AND fresh donuts. I mean really? Keep the usual crew, give them a raise, have them train all new employees for AT LEAST
I never go to DD but happened to be in need of a coffee had a second to grab one. Drive thru was extremely helpful on helping me order since I am quit a newbie with their menu. I needed sugar free and they nailed it. I am a 7brew fan , this came in 2nd but good job on everything and friendly
After going here several times I noticesdthat this place does get crowded no matter what day of the week it is. Hard to find parking, because the lot is shared. Drive thru is small and they have a lot of new staff, which makes service slow. I was very frustrated how I waited over 10 mins for coffee and it was about 6 staff on site. The food came out fast, but the hash browns are always soggy and falling apart. I was going to (order online) to avoid the lines and wait times (WHICH IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!) but I was getting cold foam. Anyways. I'm only ordering online for mobile orders for now on. I absolutely love their doughnuts and holiday themes. I'm a regular customer fyi.
I've been going since 2017. Best caramel mocha with oatmilk, ice coffee I've ever had. 2 wake up wraps with turkey sausage and white cheddar.
I’ve gotten several unacceptable orders from this place but I think this one might be the worst. I’m fed up with this place
