Dunkin'

Came in for 2 coffees, was told they didn’t have any more coffee made and had to make more (what?)… They told us to go around front and they would bring the coffee out. 15m later still don’t have the coffee. I’ve been coming to dunks a really long time and I’ve never been asked to wait in the parking lot for an item. Fortunately there are enough Dunkin’ Donuts around where I don’t have to visit this one ever again. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

This Dunkin’ location is very hit or miss overall. The employees are always polite, friendly, and welcoming, which makes every visit pleasant. Service is usually fast, and the inside of the store is consistently clean and well maintained. However, there are frequent issues with accuracy. Coffee orders are often made incorrectly, and donuts are regularly placed upside down in the bag, which can be frustrating. These aren’t major problems, but a little more attention to detail and consistency would go a long way in making this location much better.

I avoid this location even though it's right next to my house, because my drink is never made correctly. I get a decaf espresso drink and it's always just a cup of milk. I get a regular for my husband and a decaf for me and they're totally different colors. I get them at other locations and they're normal. I've told them about it multiple times. 🤷‍♀️

We love this Dunkin. I'm so mad that I don't know our favorite employees' names, but she knows us and is so super sweet every morning to my little. Her name is Liz she's absolutely amazing.

Been going to this dunkin since it opened . Very disappointed how they treated my wife today. Yelling at her her because they raised the prices. Telling her why do you need a tray for one coffee when she ordered two? None of your business even if it was ONE! Very rude . Will go to fairhaven or the avenue from now on Very sad. Do better.
