Dunkin'

Everytime I visit this location there's an issue. I decided to give them another shot. Did a mobile order. Arrived to get my order, I was literally the only car in the place, get my order and it's some gross green drink. I paid $6 for something I didn't order. Reached out about it clearly being the incorrect order. Told since I left the store nothing can be done. I had my receipt and the drink, didnt matter. Not even a sorry for the mistake. Needless to say if you want to treat yourself to a coffee and get the correct order go somewhere else. 3rd visit, same problem. Will never be returning. Quality, service, experience negative star.

Two young ladies at the counter had a very hard time understanding. Wrong munchkins were put in our order. The jelly donut was mushy and undercooked, still tasted like unbaked dough

Worst drive-thru experience I’ve had in a long time. I waited over 15 minutes without even being able to place an order. The line was barely moving, and cars started leaving one after another. It’s completely unacceptable for a business like Dunkin’ to be so disorganized during peak hours. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Good service and always on point with my drinks I’m there daily for my coffee

I usually enjoy Dunkin', but this location was a huge letdown. The coffee tasted burnt and bitter, like it had been sitting for hours. My donut was stale and definitely not fresh. On top of that, the service was slow and unfriendly—no greeting, no smile, just bad vibes. I won’t be coming back to this.
