My parents and I came here on a Saturday afternoon and the inside had a good amount of customers. Although we got lucky with parking, I can see how the parking can be a little tricky- I would try the plaza directly behind the restaurant. We ordered the following: - Pork Onion Buns - Chili Beef Lamen - Chili Tofu Lamen - Chili Beef RN - Salt and Pepper Squid The buns were decent with a hot and savory pork filing. As for the Lamen’s, the seasoning/flavor profile is all the same (the only difference is the topping and noodles). I really enjoyed the thick noodles- they were chewy and bouncy! My dad also enjoyed his noodles that were thinner than the ones I got. The beef was also very tender and flavorful which I enjoyed. As for the salt and pepper squid, it was hot and crispy with a good am

We’ve eaten at Dumpling The Noodle in Kirkland a few times now, and it’s become one of our go-to spots. The spicy pork wontons are a must, super flavorful with just the right kick and the duck is fantastic. The half order is huge; my wife and I share it and still end up with leftovers to take home. On our most recent visit, we tried the shrimp fried rice and my wife loved it. They’re generous with the shrimp, and they’re a good size, not tiny pieces. Service has always been friendly and consistent, the restaurant is clean, and the downtown Kirkland location is a bonus since it’s easy to walk around before or after with plenty to do nearby.

I was super excited to try out this restaurant with family after seeing how highly rated it was! But let me tell you, each dish was more disappointing than the last. If you are use to taste of shrimp pork wontons in chili oil like Din Tai Fung or Dough Zone style, this is not it. It’s not sour at all, it is drowning in chili oil with a thick wonton wrapper with no flavor. The Sichuan string green beans were very salty, not spicy and covered in some bean sauce that wasn’t very pleasant. The sesame chicken… had no flavor except maybe salt. The pan fried pork buns did not have the signature crispy bottoms, but were rather soggy. The worst? The Peking Duck. When I asked the waiter if the Peking Duck was refrigerated/frozen and reheated for service, they said “it is a dish that is served cold

The beef and flat noodles were tasty! I saw them in the reviews and they were as good as people said. I would eat that again. But the pork buns and wonton soup were disappointing. The pork bun had meat shaped like a meatball, so it didn’t match well with the bun. It didn’t taste good, and it was hard to eat. I saw other tables had the same kind of pork bun too. The wonton soup was also not what I expected. The soup had a strange flavor, kind of like Japanese style but not in a good way. The meat inside the wontons was also like a meatball. If I go again, I’ll only order the beef and flat noodles.

Tried the vegan explorer combo. Best decision - we got to try so much food and it cost just as much as it would’ve if we’d done à la carte. We really enjoyed the food, everything was so yum and worth every dollar! Will be back again to support a place that has so many vegan options. Do not miss the garlic string beans and the sesame tofu noodles.
