This is, without any doubt, the best shawarma I have ever had in this city. The flavor is absolutely exceptional — perfectly seasoned meat, fresh ingredients, and an incredible balance of textures and sauces. You can truly taste the quality and professionalism in every bite. I drove all the way from Kirkland to try Dubai Shawarma, and let me tell you, it was absolutely worth the trip. The food truck was easy to find with plenty of parking nearby. As soon as I walked up, I was greeted by the super friendly owner who made me feel genuinely welcome. I told him it was my first time visiting and that I came all the way just for the shawarma, he appreciated it and even joked, “If you don’t like it, I’ll refund you!” (Spoiler: no refund needed 😄). I ordered the Classic Chicken Shawarma with fries, $24 with tip. It was ready in about five minutes, beautifully packaged, and massive, seriously, the wrap is the size of a newborn!
