I'm giving them a 1 star due to the fact that they are not smart enough to turn on the lights on their van when driving in the dark. I was behind their van, turned my lights off and on several times and they didn't get the hint. You would think that you're driving in the dark, you cannot see the road or your dash lights very well, would be a hint that you needed to turn your lights on. Eventually they got turned on. I hope they have better common since doing their job!

Order process was easy. Wasn’t sure of the part I needed, but Liz did an amazing job assisting me throughout the whole process. Her patience from helping me find the serial number on my unit to the back and fourth emails of photos, to ensure I got the correct part was delightful. Great job

Amazing techs and speedy service. Gladly will communicate with you and be able to talk you through fixing your small issues you might have if needed right away

My own experience with DSL was terrible. They charged my credit card without sending me a statement. And they didn't fix my ice-cream machine. They even made me machine ever more broken. Do not associate with this company if you have a choice. I have to call my credit card company to get the money back.

the worst… greedy ,, never call em,, you will be robbed. very unprofessional,, they will try to make money , even your warranty covers repairs..
