Customer Reviews
Went to Drifters after a hike in Pere Marquette State Park. Beautiful view and wonderful food! I had the Pulled Pork Burger and Tater Tots! And it was cheap!
Food was good. Service with a smile. Love the view from here.
We are longtime customers, and we came in to Enjoy fish and drinks. Also, we came to do a review on the restaurant because in the past, we have been so pleased. However, at the end of our visit, I noticed the fly in bed in my daughter‘s drink. Yes, we expected a full refund for the drink. Due to the fact it made my daughter sick to the stomach and her drink was contaminated, we were told she would only get two dollars back. They refuse to refund the full amount of the drink. I never return to collect the money to pay the bill. No one wanted to continue our service after we complained about this fly in the drink. I am highly disappointed.
I had the honey- jalapeno burger which was delicious. The burger covered the entire bun and was cooked perfectly. My husband had the catfish fritters. The fritters were cooked to a lovely golden. The tartar sauce appears to be homemade.
Bartender/Bar Manager was very nice and apologized in advance because he knew our food would take some time to get due to their kitchen size and the number of people that were there. It did take about 45 minutes for our appetizer, and it was right at an hour for lunch. We had the time, though, and didn't complain. We teased, but the bartender laughed. We had fried pickles that were very tasty. My husband got pulled pork and said that it was really good. There just wasn't a lot on the sandwich. I had a hamburger that was cooked a little more than I liked but still yummy. Onion rings and fries were good and plentiful. We enjoyed the touch tunes, and the drinks were reasonable. We will go back. Kudos to the chef, had to be swamped!
