Ordered a 18x22 building in September of 2020. Put 10% down and was told I would have my building in 4-6 weeks and guaranteed to have it by Thanksgiving week 2020. It is now March 2021 and still no buildings. They refuse to give me my down payment back. All of their buildings come from a place called Top of the line garages in South Carolina. I’ve called them over 20 times with nothing but rude service. Every time they give me a “potential” delivery date . Last call I just found out they are waiting for all of their workers to come back from Mexico and they should have installers in the next few weeks. 6 months and still no building. Do not buy here! Call the Amish and have them build you one.

WORST customer service ever!!! Can't even Acknowledge with a wave of a hand or smile,..Lost Huge sale that day because there was no where to stand, or sit while Female waited on someone else. If she would have ACKNOWLEDGED us, we would have waited. VERY Unprofessional!

Unfortunately our experience at Dream Machines in Ebensburg was very disappointing. We purchased a 41 x 18 carport with guarantee to have it delivered by December 25, and as of Feb 26th we still have no carport. We have called Jerry at Dream machines numerous times, our calls went unanswered, then followed up with additional calls to HBO carports and no response either. We have reported both to the Better Business Bureau, next step is the Attorney General. Still waiting on our money back down payment, this is after missing 2 days of work on their so called delivery dates. The deadline to return our money is Feb 26th, if we haven't received it by then legal proceedings will be started. Very poor business/customer service.

Best staff. Kilo their dog is a welcome addition and such a great pup. If you need a carport,this is where you need to be.
