My family has been going here for years and i’ve never had an issue until tonight. I’m so beyond disgusted with the management and customer service. We called in and ordered a plate with shrimp and when we got home it was beef. It was a back and forth game of being left on hold to talk to the manager. Then they hung up on us. Then we called back and had to explain all over again. The manager goes “Let me listen to the recording and get back to you” I’m sorry… What? You think we’re lying?! You guys messed up. After he gets back on and phone and apologizes and says to come back to the store WITH THE FOOD, that I already put on my plate and mixed with rice. I made it very clear the food was out on my plate. He still told me to put it BACK IN THE CONTAINER AND BRING IT BACK. I have never i

Bug in food. A refund still doesn’t make it ok. I think they changed cooks. A face to face apology from the manager would have been nice, but when I walked in she just looked at me and continued to eat her dinner in the corner. She made the nice girl that hands you the food give me the money.

I’ve been a local to this restaurant for years and never had the chance to try it, thankfully I finally did and WOW!! One of the best chicken pad Thai’s I’ve ever had! The chicken was well seasoned and high-quality white meat. The noodles were the perfect texture without being burnt like most places do. I give it five stars because of the incredible food and the very kind service. Treated like you’re family and has the love of family recipes! 5/5 will come back again!!

My husband picked up dinner tonight and I had the BEST sweet and sour chicken I’ve ever had. Please please please keep making it like this it was light, super crispy and fresh! The lo mein was super fresh too!

Where do i start. Chow mein is one of my favorite dishes to order whenever i order American Asian food. I've ordered so many times in the last 30 years of my life that I lost count. This is what I ordered today. When it arrived, as you can see in the picture, it's just chicken in watery vegetables. Chicken chow mein is supposed to be made with noodles. I know this because every time I've ordered it, it came with that. A simple Google search will tell you this as well. However, instead of admitting to error, the woman insisted that there's no such thing as noodles in Chicken Chow Mein, and also told me that I can ask anyone how chicken chow mein is supposed to be made and they will tell me its not made with noodles. Im almost certain I'm not the first person to come across this issue.
