Excellent customer service! Olivia and the other girls are so sweet! She really took her time to make sure our order was perfect. You can tell this crew love working here. 10/10 I love this location even more than the ones down the shore!

My order was sitting out on the counter and both bowls were like soup and one had missing shaved coconut. Not a word at pick up and a 15% tip Not happy!!!!

Playa Bowls is always quick and spot-on with our orders! My daughter and I absolutely love The OG Açaí Nutella bowl (we skip the coconut flakes lol) and the strawberry banana smoothies are our go-to. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming—makes the experience even better every time!

Just went in at 7pm on Thursday December 11th for a booster smoothie and Nutella bowl. This girl with dark hair in a low ponytail wearing a pink top was extremely unfriendly. It happened once and I let it slide, but when I went to ask a question she was rude and spun around and walked away. Nasty attitude I was shocked at the service. The smoothie is normally my favorite and it tastes awful. I couldn’t taste the peanut butter and it literally tasted like grass and the texture was weird. Whatever they made a mistake that’s fine but then for the Nutella bowl, I said light about. Of coconut please, also I stated I don’t like too many strawberries so please put extra banana and not too much strawberry, and add extra Nutella. Playa Bowls in Franklin Lakes is one of my go-to spots. The food is always fresh and full of flavor, perfect when I want something healthy that still tastes great. The atmosphere is welcoming, the place is always spotless, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Consistently a great experience every time I stop in.
