DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

Waited 17 mins for our order. There was no one eating inside. Saw 2 cars in the drive threw the whole time we were there. Staff just stands around doing nothing. On top of all that we had to bring my wife's burger back to the counter after waiting 17 mins for it and have them put the chili on it that we already paid for. Will not return. Use to be a great place to eat with fast service and friendly staff. It is no longer that way. I would go to clarkesville DQ if I were you

If you want a good biscuit this store has the best fast food biscuit in town!! Also Bethany is the manager she’s great, and Tanner has to be the sweetest employee ever! They make me feel important every time I come, even when I have delivery, they personalize my bag with notes and hearts , Cornelia Dairy Queen is just the best ! Thank yall!

The GM allows her toddlers to run around willy nilly in the lobby and disturb the peaceful environment of the customers so well as make messes that do not get cleaned up, not very professional. Majority of the staff are on their phones and not working, nepotism and mismanagement runs this DQ. I would give zero stars if I could!
