Downtown Coffee & Cream

This coffee shop is gem! My husband loved his brewed coffee and my latte was delicious! We did not eat anything, but it is well worth the drive off I 29! Excellent service, the sweetest young lady helped us.

Excellent little shop! So much to choose from, fast and super friendly service, with a great atmosphere! And unlike their competitors in the area such as the Coffee shop in Sloan they are service dog friendly AND serve pup cups! Thank you for always being great.

Downtown Coffee and Cream in Onawa, IA. Photos are of indoor seating, kids nook with books and little toys, the counter with owner, Shawna. Only been open on the widest street in the USA for about a month. Hand scooped ice cream, shakes, malts, and coffee drinks with a variety of flavor syrups available. The black cherry and burnt butterscotch ice cream were delicious. Friendly staff and tables are just right for game night. "Off street" parking and clean restroom. Perfect spot to take a break while out exploring the Loess Hills or following Lewis and Clark.

Very sweet spot not far off the interstate; worth the stop. I only got a couple shots of espresso to get me on the road but they had a menu with lots of specialty drinks that looked amazing

Such a great spot for family time and escaping the house to get some work done. The staff couldn’t be friendlier, the coffee is always great, the ice cream is 'dangerously' good, and their gluten-free 'crumpets' are the best around. We love this place and are so glad it’s part of our community!
