Downtown Cantina

Had the opportunity to visit this restaurant for the first time; having lunch there. There are quite a few Mexican restaurants in the area but this one has a different twist with its assembly line. You place your order and, in most cases, they build it for you while you are walking down the line. The last step, of course, is to pay for your food and then you seat yourself. The facilities are very nice with tile floors and plenty of seating. My friend had a burrito and said it was good; it certainly was big. I had the sopes, which are one of my new favorites. They too were good. If you want any tortilla chips, you’ll have to pay extra but a couple of bucks gets you a decent portion and some salsa. I think they also include a free drink during the week. I was pleasantly surprised when I visited the first time. The place has a really nice ambience, great atmosphere, plenty of seating and the food is great! Looking forward to coming back more often!!

Very friendly staff, weekly specials and amazing large portions of food! The place is very cute and we enjoyed our dinner here!

Wow! That was fun. A little intimidating not knowing set up and ordering. Was afraid of being log jam in order line. Got burrito bowl. You won’t leave hungry after they load it up. I recommend a Vampiro after a long day. I can’t spell empanada, but the apple one is great. I’ll definitely go back. 😎

Food was very delicious and fresh! Finished everything within 5 min. Bowl and burritos come in good sizes for anyone wanting to know how big their burrito/bowls are! Very friendly and the atmosphere is very lively! 10/10 will make this a weekly visit just to get my burrito <3
