Doug's Diner

Finally got a chance to try Dougs Day Diner with a friend for breakfast. It is very close to where I live and has been in business many years. The good was the server was very friendly and helpful. Without the sever the review would have been two stars. The menu has lots of options to choose from. The not as good was the breakfast burrito was mediocre. It is a very large portion so that's nice but the flavor was nothing special. It comes with eggs, potatoes, choice of meat (I think I did adovada) and smothered with Chile (I did red and green Christmas style). The coffee was also good but nothing to rave about. Perhaps other breakfast or lunch items are good. Just a bummer since this location is so close and has a big parking lot making it easy to get to.

Ordered the Sweet Ruth. Tasty! Great place to take kids. They provide nice crayons and cups with lids. Wide variety of syrups. Busy but polite crowd.

Been eating here for many years. The quality of the food has become poor and disappointing in recent times. Ordered Carne Asada burrito today and the ONLY ingredient inside the burrito was beef chuck roast. Tasted nothing like asada. The beans, rice, sour cream, guac are skimp portions on the side barely enough for 2 bites and it didn’t taste good at all.

The biscuits there are something else!! I'm definitely coming back!! My husband and I enjoyed both of our dishes! Stuffed tater tots were on point!😁💙 service was also amazing!

Green chile really had no flavor. Waitress was nice but there was no personal touch. We had the sausage breakfast burrito, it looked impressive but was mostly potatoes. The green chile was exceptionally thick, like way too thick and had little flavor.
