Central on Pines. Very clean and organized. The kid section is our favorite section. Other activities yo keep kiddos busy and also reading programs to keep them engaged.

The staff are wonderful and always ready to help..I have been visiting the library since I arrived in Albany one year ago and I must admit I was amazed at how nice and approachable the staff are, and its a nice professional atmosphere.

I got six book and I had to download some papers!!! Very nice customer Service!!!

What novice librarian decided to get rid of periodicals/magazines after a month?! You can't do research if the magazines are not there to do research on? You've already purchased the magazines! Why not keep them 2 - 5 years for those doing research! Extreme waste of our taxpayer money!

Workers on first floor so nice and friendly,and helpful as I head to second floor, workers or helpful and friendly as well I enjoy coming to this place and it's so clean in there been going for years
