Doral Branch Library

Our next summer with kids adventure take us to Doral Branch Library located in Doral Downtown an with category of 4.1 and more then 71 reviews , is small place but very quiet environment where you can enjoy to read a book. The staff working at the library is very kindness helping the kids and everything they need about books or magazines Many restaurants around give you the option to after reading going to eat with the family and friends.

Doral is part of the Miami-Dade Public Library System. Parking available pay by phone, new building, activities available for community. Everything very neat and employees very nice. Go to Manga Night on Thursdays!

Disappointing experience at this location. I understand it’s a library, but it’s also a public space with children—and the staff here consistently come across as rude and condescending. Every interaction has felt dismissive or unhelpful. Out of all the libraries I’ve visited, this one has unfortunately been my least favorite. I truly hope they work on creating a more welcoming and respectful environment for the community. Especially the one in charge

1 star for this place. If I could I would give it a zero. I went in for the 1st time super excited. I even had in mind what book I wanted to buy. I came with my service dog and immediately I was stopped by one of the front desk staff. It was an elderly lady with a short grey haircut. She asked me if my dog was a service animal. I replied yes, and she continued to stare at me with a rude glare. I only took 2 steps coming to a stop because she continued to glare at me and my service animal as I walked. I asked if there was a problem and she replied in a rude manner "yes, if your dog barks it is a problem". Mind you my service dog had not barked. There was another service animal that was there, and was also asked to leave too. To those who read this service animals are allowed in miami-dade p

The library is very comfy and has amazing lighting which I appreciate. I love it in the mornings when is very quiet. However something I can’t deal with is the fact that at 3pm a bunch of students walk in from after school and the library becomes like an aftercare with all the kids screaming and talking. No one from the staff tells them anything and is very disturbing when someone is trying to study. Is a library and I think the main rule of one is to have silence. Either tell the kids to not speak inside the library or have them not come in if they’re not really using the library but to fool around!!!!!
