La Macha Taqueria

Tried the new La Macha in Doral and the food was really good. The burrito was packed and grilled right. The tacos were juicy, the tortillas tasted fresh, and the salsas actually had flavor. The tortillas are made fresh daily which I loved and The owners are from Mexico and you can taste that authenticity in the food. I’ll definitely be back. Finally a good spot in doral for Mexican food!!!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Atmosphere is very chill, decor is lovely, but I wish there was a large table for groups. The horchata is just a tad sweet and definitely fits the agua fresca box. It is a less thick version than the traditional but still is very good. The burrito presentation is great, but a little messy without a basket protector. That aside, IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! The gooey cheese, AMAZING, the al pastor y carne asada mix was not only cooked to PERFECTION, but IS a wonderful combination of well seasoned FLAVOR, and I wish I was less shy because I would definitely be asking for more of the specialty MCHA SAUCE ( a fresh, spicy, red salsa that kicks your entre to the next level ). All in all, worth the price and I will be coming back!!

I was just passing by and tried it—really delicious tacos. The quality of the meat and the tortillas is amazing, on another level. For the size and quality, they’re very affordable.

Another original mexican in Doral, this time not from Jalisco (hint) but from Sinaloa, sister and brother entrepreneurs, with mother Letty sazón! I discovered them yesterday. First plus, oversized freshly handmade tortilla. Second , perfect pastor seasoning with pineapple . (Trompo coming soon!) and the third one , the salsas! Trifecta del taco! Today I went back for chilaquiles divorciados, salsa verde and roja over a bed of fried beens with sunny side up over easy eggs! Delicious!!!

Incredible food with rich flavor, and generous portion for the price too!! Ordered chilaquiles for takeout and the sauces were packaged separately which was thoughtful and maximized freshness. Atmosphere and staff inside were also welcoming and friendly! Will definitely be back soon!!
