New Location: KULA, just south of Rice park. If you're looking for great mainland-style bbq, this is it. Bro can smoke meats, for real. Hours: TH-FRI, SUN-MON ~12-6 (Maui time)
Real BBQ has been hard to find and this place brings the heat and smoke. Delicious bacon wrapped stuff jalapeños, smoked Cornish hens, and homemade lemonade with virgin bloody Mary’s I’d give 1,000 stars if I could! Highly recommend!!
Got my first Brisket Grilled Cheese Sandwich... WOW I'm impressed.. I thought it would be dry without BBQ sauce...but I was wrong, really juicy.. highly recommended!!!!
I've been searching for years for incredible bbq on Maui. We found Dope BBQ and it hits ALL the marks. The brisket, ribs, pulled pork, baked beans and pickles are excellent! They were out of jalapeno cheese cornbread so we weren't able to try that, but no doubt it's great. The portions are huge! We will be back. Gary, the owner is very responsive and friendly.
New location: is at the corner of kula highway and kekaulike. Awesome place!!! Thrs, Friday, Sunday, Monday
