The best donuts I’ve ever had! We went very early in the morning and the donuts were hot, fresh, and delicious. The crumb cake donut was my favorite. No better way to wake up on a cool summer morning than with a walk to a great breakfast spot like this one.

Donuts Plus is a true NJ shore staple that’s been serving up fresh, small-batch donuts since the 80s and it shows. Everything is made on-site each morning, and the quality is unmatched. The cake donuts are rich and satisfying (highly recommend the jelly or cream filled), and the hand-stretched yeast donuts, like the cinnamon twists and swirls, are worth the trip alone. You can tell they care about what they do, and the friendly, no-frills vibe makes it feel like a summer tradition in the best way. Even if you’ve never been, it’s the kind of place you’ll want to return to every season.
