Best donut in Chico. Waaaay better than the nook. They have a croissant donut that is literally the best donut kind of thing I've ever eaten. 🤤

Best donuts in Chico! They even filled my donuts with my choice of fillings, while I waited. I might even try a mixed filled one next trip! (Get there early though, they do run out!)

First time visiting Donut Wheel. It has great frontage positioning on the Esplanade. Easy parking. Friendly staff. The donuts were OK. You can buy them individually or by the dozen. I liked how the filled donuts were filled when you order them. The apple fritters were greasy and overcooked. I probably enjoyed the old fashions the best. All we bought were donuts but looked like they had basic coffee and bottled juice.

This place has the best tasting donuts ever. No other donut place can compare to this. The taste, the texture, and the freshness of the donuts are always warm and soft. You have to be there at the crack of dawn to get what you want because it runs out and it seems they don’t make more after a certain time. It’s all worth it though.

Can't beat their jalapeno croissant... One in the morning and will make you full until lunch time. Love it, been going here for decades. Both the old and new owners are pretty friendly and cool.
