Donut Palace

I usually love donut places, so this is my first negative review of a donut place. This place consistently gets my order wrong, but today was last straw: they left the egg in my sandwich and gave me a regular Kolache instead of the jalapeño Kolache I ordered. The customer service could be better but they try even when they don't want to, so I give them that. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this place because I'd like to get what I pay for. They give me a look when I verify my order, but sometimes I'm too in a hurry to look, like today. When I tried calling, the phone gave me a busy signal. I guess they don't like complaints.

This place is SO UNDERRATED! They offer things that a lot of local donut shops don’t. They’re specialty donut selection is always so trendy and they offer boba teas. If you want to surprise your fave foodie in your life with an Instagram-worthy breakfast, THIS IS THE PLACE!

Love them. Food is always fresh. And the best Boudin I've tasted in a while. Live the doughnut holes

Had my first jalapeno kolache and it was very good. The bread to sausage ratio was perfect. Some places have too much bread. And the bread here is light and delicious. Just enough heat in jalapeno and sausage is good

They all are very friendly and fast. I've been there quite a few times picking up breakfast for me and the guys I work with at West Fraser Timber in Henderson Texas maintenance department. And I can say with out a dout never have gotten a wrong order. And it's always fresh and hot. So I rate them a 10 out of a scale of 1 to 10.
